Victor Balladares, Attorney
Victor obtained his BA from the University of Texas at Austin in 2016 where he worked as a real estate sales professional.
While at Loyola Law School on a scholarship, Victor obtained the First Honors Award and served in the Collateral Consequences Clinic where he assisted people with unfair convictions obtain employment and better their lives. He was a part of the Immigration Clinic where he represented his own immigration clients in court, obtaining favorable judgments. Victor was involved in many organizations on campus and was a part of trial advocacy throughout law school.
Prior to joining SJL Law, P.C., Victor was a law clerk at a national defense firm where he worked on high stakes litigation cases in California and across America involving product liability, insurance, catastrophic mass injury, real estate, and mass tort liability matters. He was also a summer associate at a corporate firm and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Rolando Olvera of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, where he obtained invaluable litigation experience.
