Marcelo Lee, Attorney
Marcelo focuses his practice on defending product liability, automobile warranty and general liability matters in California state and federal courts.
He has litigated product cases involving light-duty vehicles, commercial trucks, vehicle modifications, industrial equipment, power tools, lithium-ion batteries and pharmaceuticals. He handles all aspects of litigation from prelitigation consultations to trials and appeals. He also oversaw the Judicial Council Coordination Proceeding (JCCP) petition of 166 automobile warranty and fraud cases in Los Angeles County. He has tried cases throughout California and handled appeals before the California Court of Appeals in the 2nd and 4th districts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.
Among his many skills, Marcelo brings a dedicated work ethic to his practice which earned him high honors from Loyola Law School, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class. He also served as a production editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review. He is fluent in Korean, has a background in political science and has experience coordinating volunteer efforts in local elections in Los Angeles County.
